Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation and provide you a better service. We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.

The product with quality problem(Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired under warranty) within 1 year(from the date you received the item), it can be returned and repaired. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, bmtoo Store, Inc. may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund. You will need to send the product back to us and pay for the return shipping fee. When we receive the product, we will repair it and ship it back to you with postage paid. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. Please place the RA number given to you by bmtoo, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted, it is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the Return Policy as stated above.

The products must be returned in new, resalable condition: Include all original packaging materials. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default. Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside package.
